Open the app occasionally, answer a few questions, and obtain your Happiness Score. This will only take 1-5 minutes per session.

If you're ready for a more comprehensive approach, try adopting the habits of our second co-founder. He's a self-tracking and biohacking enthusiast who has collected approximately 20,000 data points in this app about his daily activities. By eliminating most of his toxic habits, he claims to look younger now than he did eight years ago.
Every time you finish an activity, meal, or conversation with someone, add it to your Habits of Health using the "+ Activity" feature. Additionally, use the "+ Emotion Scanner" to record your feelings and the "Body Scanner" to track physical discomfort. By examining all this data in your daily feed or "Insights," you may uncover surprising patterns about yourself.
Stop Suffering
Some of our daily activities provide short-term pleasure but result in suffering later on. This is what Buddha referred to as the path of suffering. By tracking your routine in the app, you can identify these detrimental habits. If desired, you can then eliminate them and replace them with habits that bring you long-term joy.

Learn Lessons
When adding an activity and analyzing it in the notes, consider sharing a lesson with your future self by formulating a simple positive affirmation. Use the "+ Affirmations" menu to add it. These affirmations will be reminded to you like a mantra after each activity you add, as well as through the app's widget and push notifications.
Privacy and Encryption
Your information is securely encrypted when transferred through the app. Rest assured that no one will see anything you note unless you intentionally send them a screenshot. For added safety, you can activate Double Encryption in the Settings, which provides a second layer of encryption using a private key for all your notes.

To automatically fill your daily activities with relevant photos, allow the app access to your photo gallery.
Apple Health
The app syncs with Apple Health to integrate your sleep and workout data into your private feed and Insights.
